Ingredients:
• Dried red chillies – 20
• corriander seeds – 2 tbsp
• Chana dal (bengal gram dal) – ¼ cup
• black pepper Corns – 1 tbsp
• Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
• Turmeric root 1 piece
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients (without oil).
- Cool and powder with a few dried curry leaves.
