
Ingredients:
• 3 tbsps – cooking oil
• 1 packet – crumbles
• 2 medium size – Onion
• 3-4 – chilli
• 1tsp – red chill powder
• pinch of Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 20-30 – fresh Methi leaves
• 1/4 – Cilantro
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Thaw the crumbles in microwave for 1 minute.
- Cut the onion and chillies into small pieces and put the kadai on stove when it is hot.
- Pour oil, put cut onions, chillies and fry till golden brown. Then add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, methi leaves and fry.
- Then add crumbles and fry a little more.
- Put chilli powder, salt and pour 1 cup of water to it, and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Put coriander powder, garam masala powder to it and stir a little.
- Lastly, add cilantro. You can serve this hot with rice or chapatti.
