Ingredients:

• 3 tbsps – cooking oil
• 1 packet – crumbles
• 2 medium size – Onion
• 3-4 – chilli
• 1tsp – red chill powder
• pinch of Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 20-30 – fresh Methi leaves
• 1/4 – Cilantro
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Thaw the crumbles in microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Cut the onion and chillies into small pieces and put the kadai on stove when it is hot.
  3. Pour oil, put cut onions, chillies and fry till golden brown. Then add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, methi leaves and fry.
  4. Then add crumbles and fry a little more.
  5. Put chilli powder, salt and pour 1 cup of water to it, and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Put coriander powder, garam masala powder to it and stir a little.
  7. Lastly, add cilantro. You can serve this hot with rice or chapatti.
