Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – raw mangoes
• 1/4 kg – Gur
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – oil
• pinch – Red Chilli powder
• salt
Method:
- Heat oil, add jeera and red chilli.
- Then add peeled and cut mangoes.
- Cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Add Gur and cook till gur melts.
