Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Flax seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 10-15 – Garlic Cloves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast flax seeds for two-three minutes.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Mix flat seeds, red chilli powder, garlic, cumin seeds and salt and grind it properly.
  4. Make sure that the mixture remains coarse.
