
Ingredients:
• 4 pieces – bean Curd –
• 1 – Onion
• 1 small bunch – Mint leaves
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Thai chilli powder
• 3 – fresh Red Chillies
• oil for frying
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut chillies diagonally and slice the onions into thin pieces.
- Wash the bean curd and mash it.
- Crush the garlic. Remove the stem of the mint leaves after washing them.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic till a fragrance emerges.
- Add onions and bean curd to it and fry for three minutes.
- Then add soya sauce, chilli powder and salt to the mixture and fry for an additional five minutes.
- Add some mint leaves towards the end. Serve it hot with plain rice.
