Ingredients:

• 1 – big Banana
• 3 tbsps – instant Vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups – Milk
• A pinch of grated Nutmeg
• Sugar – 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Top with whipped cream.
3. Serve chilled.
