
Ingredients:
• Grated Carrot – 1 cup
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Mixed dry fruit powder – 2 tsp
• Sugar according to taste
• Ghee – 1 tsp
Method:
- Stir fry grated carrot in ghee for 5 minutes.
- Boil milk until it becomes thick in consistency and reduces to half in quantity.
- Then add grated carrot and boil for a few minutes.
- Finally, add sugar and mixed dry fruit powder, mix and boil again for a few minutes.
