Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Pineapple (Cubed)
• 1 Cucumber
• Red Chilli Flakes To Taste
• 1/2 tsp – Soy Sauce
• 1/4 cup – Roasted Peanuts

Method:

  1. Cube the pineapple and cucumber.
  2. Then combine the pineapple, cucumber, soy sauce and the red chilli flakes in a bowl.
  3. Coarse grind the roasted peanuts in a mixer and add to the salad.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
