Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton cut into small pieces
• 2 tbsp – Bengal Gram or Channa dhal
• A few Mint leaves or 1/2 tsp Mint powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the mince with all the above ingredients and a little water till the meat is tender and the water dries up completely.
  2. Keep aside to cool for some time.
  3. Grind roughly in blender.
  4. Form into small round cutlets.
  5. Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow-fry the cutlets till brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with bread or rice and pepper water.
