
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton cut into small pieces
• 2 tbsp – Bengal Gram or Channa dhal
• A few Mint leaves or 1/2 tsp Mint powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the mince with all the above ingredients and a little water till the meat is tender and the water dries up completely.
- Keep aside to cool for some time.
- Grind roughly in blender.
- Form into small round cutlets.
- Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow-fry the cutlets till brown on both sides.
- Serve with bread or rice and pepper water.
