Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Rice
• 1/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 2 handfuls – Mudakathan keerai (balloon vine)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the rice in water for about 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Soak urad dal in water.
  3. Grind the rice and urad dal separately.
  4. Grind keerai and then mix the keerai paste and salt in the batter and leave it overnight.
  5. Prepare dosa the next morning.
