
Ingredients:
• 500 g – besan
• 200 g – Ghee
• 200 g – icing Sugar
• Mixed dry fruits
• 5 pieces – elaichi.
Method:
- Roast besan in ghee on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Cool it completely and mix in the sugar, dry fruits and elaichi.
- Knead it till it becomes like a dough.
- Make lime-sized balls of this dough and serve.
