Ingredients:
• 4 Carrots
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 Small Onion
• 1 small ball – Tamarind
• 2 Red Chillies
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 sprig- Curry leaves
Method:
- Grind carrot, small onion, tamarind, and ginger.
- Heat oil and add urad dal and mustard seeds.
- Add the curry leaves and red chillies.
- Add in the ground ingredients and saute till the raw smell disappears.
