Ingredients:

• 4 Carrots
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 Small Onion
• 1 small ball – Tamarind
• 2 Red Chillies
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 sprig- Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Grind carrot, small onion, tamarind, and ginger.
  2. Heat oil and add urad dal and mustard seeds.
  3. Add the curry leaves and red chillies.
  4. Add in the ground ingredients and saute till the raw smell disappears.
