
Ingredients:
• For Covering:
• bread – 16 slice
• Lemon – 1
• salt – 1 tsp
• water – 1 cup
• For Stuffing:
• Paneer ( cottage cheese) – 100 g
• boiled peas – 100 g
• Kaju tukada – 10 to 15
• kishmish – 15 to 20
• coriander ( chopped) – 2 tbsp
• green chilli, Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• oil
• For Serving:
• whisked Dahi – 1 kg
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• sweet chutney
Method:
- Mix paneer, peas, kaju, kishmish, coriander, green chilli, ginger paste and salt. Cut Bread in round shape.
- Mix water, salt and lemon in a bowl. Wet your palm with salt lemon water.
- Take 1 bread slice and press it between your both wet palms. Take little stuffing and place on the slice.
- Take other slice and press it like first one in your palms. Join the slices from all sides using salt- lemon water and covering the stuffing in the centre.
- Make all badas and cover with wet cloth and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry all badas one by one till golden.
- Take them out and keep them on butter paper to soak excess oil.
- Place all badas in a dish, pour dahi on them and sprinkle red chilli and jeera powder on them and add sweet chutney for taste.
- Serve immediately.
