Ingredients:

• 2-3 cups – Rice flakes (poha)
• 2 – boiled potatoes, chopped
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• 2-3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 cup – roasted or fried groundnuts
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the poha and soak it for a minute. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When they pop, add jeera.
  3. Add onion to it and fry till transparent. Then add turmeric.
  4. On low heat, add the poha, groundnuts, green chillies, potatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
  5. You can serve it immediately with tea or coffee.
