
Ingredients:
• 2-3 cups – Rice flakes (poha)
• 2 – boiled potatoes, chopped
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• 2-3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 cup – roasted or fried groundnuts
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the poha and soak it for a minute. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When they pop, add jeera.
- Add onion to it and fry till transparent. Then add turmeric.
- On low heat, add the poha, groundnuts, green chillies, potatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
- You can serve it immediately with tea or coffee.
