Ingredients:
• besan (gram flour) – 5 to 6 tbsp
• Onions – 3/4 ( finely chopped)
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 1
• Jeera – 2 tsp
• mustard – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – to taste
• 2 cups – water
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a sauce pan. Then add mustard, jeera and green chillies.
- Add the cut onions and fry until they turn brown.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
- Then add salt and red chilli powder (if necessary).
- Finally add the besan mixed with water.
- Boil until it thickens.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Goes well with rotis or pooris.
