
Ingredients:
• 500 g -capsicum
• 2 tbsp -besan (gram floor)
• Ginger chopped
• 3-4 -small Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 pinch -asafoetida (hing)
• Coriander leaves finely chopped
• salt
• 1 tsp- ajwain
• 1/3 tsp -turmeric powder
• 1/3 tsp- coriander powder
• 1/3 tsp -amchoor
• 1/3 tsp -garam masala
• 1/3 tsp- aniseed
• oil
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and add hing, ajwain and green chillies.
- Mix chopped capsicum and ginger in a pan and cook it till capsicum gets soft.
- Add salt, haldi, coriander powder, aniseed and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Then add besan, garam masala and amchoor.
- Mix it well and let cook for about 5 mins. Serve with chapattis.
