Ingredients:
• Channa dal – 1/4 kg
• Urad Dal – 100g
• Coriander seeds – 1/4 kg
• Red Chillies – 12
• Cloves – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Pepper – 1 tsp
• Copra -1
• Curry leaves – 10 sprigs
• Oil – 2 tsp
Method:
- Fry all the ingredients separately in oil and powder them together. Store this powder in an airtight container.
