Ingredients:

• 5 – Capsicum
• 1.5 – Onion
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Cloves
• 1/2 tbsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – vegetable oil, Cilantro
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Ground nut powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry onions and tomatoes in a little oil and blend the paste.
  2. Chop the remaining onion and the capsicum.
  3. Take the oil in a pan and fry onions till it turns light brown and add cloves and coriander powder to it.
  4. Add onion, tomatoes paste and cook for 3 mins and then add capsicum and water to it. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
  5. After capsicum is cooked, add salt and groundnut powder and stir it well, if required add some water and cook for 1 min.
  6. When capsicum is cooked add chilli powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
