Ingredients:

• 8 – Pieces of Bread slices
• 1 – Potato, big
• 1 – Tomato
• Curry leaves
• Mustard for seasoning
• Hing for seasoning
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• Little Butter
• 1 – Lemon, freshly squeezed
• Coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small squares (4 by 4 should be good) and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the potato.
  3. Cut the potato and the tomato into small pieces.
  4. Heat some ghee in a kadai and add seasoning- mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
  5. Add potato and fry it for sometime.
  6. Add some lemon juice, salt, little pepper and some butter.
  7. After you fry this for sometime, add the tomato.
  8. Fry it again for a while.
  9. Add the bread slices and mix the whole thing very well.
  10. Allow it to cook for sometime.
  11. Garnish it with coriander.
