Ingredients:

• 3 – Bread slices
• Sugar as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom
• 2 tbsp – Coconut grated
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 4 – Almonds (chopped)

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and toast the almonds for a few seconds.
  2. Add coarsely ground bread pieces and saute for a minute.
  3. Add coconut, cardamom and sugar and saute for a minute.
  4. Serve it hot as a snack.
