Ingredients:

• Button Mushroom – 1 packet
• Tomato – 2
• Onion – 1
• Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Badshah Meat Masala – 2 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Salt as per taste
• Cilantro – a bunch
• Butter – 6 tbsp
• Garlic – 4 Cloves

Method:

  1. Add the butter, chopped onion and crushed garlic in a cooker.
  2. Fry the onion to light brown.
  3. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, capsicum and the mushrooms and fry well.
  4. Add the tomatoes, meat masala and garam masala and stir well.
  5. Add water, cover and cook for 2 whistles.
  6. When the cooker cools down, add the chopped cilantro with stems. Serve with naan, chapathi, puri or plain rice.
