Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken breast, boiled with salt and pepper and shredded
• 2 – medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed with salt and Turmeric powder
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 6-7 – green chillies, chopped
• Pepper powder to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• Bread crumbs
• 1 cup – Egg white
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli till the onions turn pink.
- Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala into a paste.
- Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.
- Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
