Ingredients:

• 500g – boneless Chicken
• 4 – tomatoes, medium-sized, grated
• 4 – onions, medium-sized, grated
• 2 – spring onions, chopped into small pieces
• 1/4 tsp – Ajinomoto
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 5-6 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 3-4 tsp – Green chilli sauce
• 3-4 tsp – soya sauce
• 7-8 tsp – Vinegar
• 3-4 – green chillies, slit from the middle and soaked in Vinegar

Method:

  1. Marinate the boneless chicken in vinegar, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, and garlic paste.
  2. Keep it for about 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a container, fry the marinated chicken pieces, and keep aside.
  4. The taste of the chicken should be tangy.
  5. Fry the grated vegetables in the container.
  6. Cook till they become soft.
  7. Add ajinomoto and garlic paste and keep stirring.
  8. Add chicken pieces.
  9. Add salt, tomato sauce, and green chilli sauce.
  10. Cook the entire mixture for about 10 minutes.
  11. Add the liquid mix of vinegar with green chillies.
  12. Before turning off the gas, garnish with chopped spring onions.
  13. Serve with vegetable rice.
