Ingredients:
• 150 g – sweet Corn
• 100 g – fresh Green peas
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, pureed
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Heat oil, add the chopped onions and saute for a while.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, then the tomato puree. When the mixture starts forming bubbles, add red chilli powder and all the remaining spices and salt.
- Add the corn and peas and mix well.
- Add a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
