Ingredients:

• 300 g – Ladyfingers
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Besan/Gram Flour
• 1/2 tsp- Chat Masala
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frying.

Method:

  1. Wash the ladyfingers/ okra and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  2. Then cut them into thin horizontal slices or small round pieces.
  3. Now combine all the ingredients (except oil) with the cut okras.
  4. Heat the oil in the kadai and add a handful of the okra mixture in it. Repeat until the whole lot is done.
  5. Drain it in a kitchen towel.
  6. Serve hot with tea.
