Ingredients:
• 300 g – Ladyfingers
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Besan/Gram Flour
• 1/2 tsp- Chat Masala
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frying.
Method:
- Wash the ladyfingers/ okra and dry them with a kitchen towel.
- Then cut them into thin horizontal slices or small round pieces.
- Now combine all the ingredients (except oil) with the cut okras.
- Heat the oil in the kadai and add a handful of the okra mixture in it. Repeat until the whole lot is done.
- Drain it in a kitchen towel.
- Serve hot with tea.
