Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower
• little black pepper
• little Red Chilli powder
• Corn flour & Maida in 2-1 proportion
• ginger-garlic paste
• 1 – Onion
• 1 bunch – Spring onion
• Tomato sauce
• little soya sauce
• Egg (optional)
• little Sugar
• salt
Method:
- Cut cauliflower and keep in the microwave for 5 minutes; if you don’t have a microwave, you can keep it in a bowl and keep this bowl in a cooker and give it one whistle.
- Make a paste of corn flour, maida, red chilli powder, pepper, egg, salt, sugar, tomato sauce, and soya sauce and keep aside.
- Now deep-fry cauliflower one by one. Add this in the paste and keep aside for half an hour.
- Take two teaspoons of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry them. Then add spring onions and saute for a while.
- Add corn flour, tomato sauce, and soya sauce and fry until the oil starts leaving from the sides. Now add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes.
- Crispy cauliflower is ready. You can eat with roti or rice.
