• Sweet Potato – 500 g
• Oil for frying – 8 tbsp
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Salt to taste.
- Cut the sweet potato into very thin round pieces.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.
- Now deep fry the pieces in the oil until crisp.
- Drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
- Let it cool and sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
