Ingredients:

• Doodhi – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 1 big
• Green chillies – 4 to 5
• coriander – 1/2 cup
• Garlic – 4 to 5 Cloves
• besan – 2 to 3 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 to 3 spoons
• rava – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• tumeric – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• soda bi carb – 1 pinch
• oil – 2 tbsp
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate doodhi and remove water. Add chopped onion, green chilles, kothimber and smash the garlic, besan, rice flour, rava, 1 spoon sugar, salt turmeric, red chilli powder, a pinch of soda bi carb and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix all these ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Then make small balls n flatten them on the palm n shallow fry them in a frying pan.
  3. Fry till the sides are browned and crispy.
