Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh Carrot peeled and grated
• 200ml Milk
• sweetex solution to taste
• 1 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Mix carrots and milk in a heavy or nonstick pan.
- Cook, stirring constantly, till the carrot is soft and the moisture evaporates.
- Add ghee and sweetex, stir and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot. Or reheat as required.
