
Ingredients:
• 1 Carrot
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Corn Kernel(small tin)
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp – Any herbs (Basil)
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 pinch – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Mayonnaise
Method:
- Cut carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl.
- Drain the corn kernel (tinned) and add with the vegetables. Keep aside.
- Take a bowl. Add yoghurt with any herbs, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Beat together until they turn soft and fluffy.
- Mix yoghurt seasoning to the fresh salad and serve it.
- Enjoy fresh salad. Serve it immediately else they turn watery.
