Ingredients:

• 1 Carrot
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Corn Kernel(small tin)
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp – Any herbs (Basil)
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 pinch – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Cut carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl.
  2. Drain the corn kernel (tinned) and add with the vegetables. Keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl. Add yoghurt with any herbs, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Beat together until they turn soft and fluffy.
  4. Mix yoghurt seasoning to the fresh salad and serve it.
  5. Enjoy fresh salad. Serve it immediately else they turn watery.
