Ingredients:

• 6 – Wheat Bread Slices
• Butter (as needed)
• 1 cup – Grated Cauliflower
• 1 cup – Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• Few chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the crushed fennel seeds.
  3. Add the chopped onions, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Saute until the raw smell goes away. Add the grated cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder.
  5. Saute until the vegetables get slightly cooked.
  6. Add the cooked mashed potatoes now. Cook everything in simmer until the masala turns thick.
  7. Finally add the coriander leaves to the masala and put of the stove.
  8. Spread the butter over a side of every bread slice.
  9. Spread grated cauliflower and potato masala as per need between the slices.
  10. Cover with another slice and cook in hot tawa on both sides until the bread slices get well toasted.
