Ingredients:
• 1/2 – small green Cabbage
• 1 – Onion (medium size)
• handful of Cilantro or Coriander leaves
• 1/4 – Lemon
• salt to taste
Method:
- Chop the cabbage finely.
- Cut the onion into fine square pieces.
- Chop the cilantro/coriander leaves.
- Mix these ingredients well.
- Add salt to taste, lemon juice and stir the mixture thoroughly.
