Ingredients:

• 100 g -spinach
• 100 g – Methi leaves
• 250 g – Potato
• salt
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil
• 500 g – Wheat flour

Method:

  1. Knead the wheat flour, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil into the dough and make small balls.
  2. Blanch the spinach and methi leaves for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from water and make a thick paste of spinach and methi leaves.
  4. Add this paste to boiled and mashed potatoes.
  5. Add salt, coriander leaves, sugar and chaat masala.
  6. Roll out 1 ball of wheat flour into small puris.
  7. Stuff with potato spinach filling and wrap it into a ball and roll out into paratha.
  8. Cook on a tava, applying oil.
  9. Serve with pickle.
