Ingredients:
• 100 g -spinach
• 100 g – Methi leaves
• 250 g – Potato
• salt
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil
• 500 g – Wheat flour
Method:
- Knead the wheat flour, adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil into the dough and make small balls.
- Blanch the spinach and methi leaves for 5 minutes.
- Remove from water and make a thick paste of spinach and methi leaves.
- Add this paste to boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Add salt, coriander leaves, sugar and chaat masala.
- Roll out 1 ball of wheat flour into small puris.
- Stuff with potato spinach filling and wrap it into a ball and roll out into paratha.
- Cook on a tava, applying oil.
- Serve with pickle.
