
Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp – besan flour
• 1 cup or slightly more – water
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 cup – Onion (chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – coriander (chopped finely)
• 6 – bread slices
• Oil
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together except bread.
- Dip the bread, one at a time, in this mixture. Let it soak well on both sides.
- Heat a pan or skillet, add little oil.
- Roast the bread for a few minutes till it turns brown.
- Turn the bread and cook till done.
- Serve with any sauce.
