
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Karela
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Red Chilli powder – As per taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash and slice the karelas into thin rounds.
- Apply salt and leave it for an hour.
- Drain out the water and dry it in the sun for a couple of days.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the dried karelas till golden brown (do not deep fry).
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and mix well with lime juice before serving.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh cilantro and onion.
