Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dhal
• 1/4 cup – Channa Dhal
• 1/4 cup – Horse gram (Kollu)
• 8 Curry Leaf (washed and dried)
• 1/2 tbsp – Black Sesame Seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – White(washed) Sesame Seeds
• 1 tsp – Asafetida
• 10 Red Chilli or adjust to your taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredients separately. (Take care while dry roasting. Do it in medium flame)
- Transfer to a small mixer container.
- Add salt to the contents.
- Coarsely powder the contents.
- Serve with Idly and Dosa.
