• 1/2 kg – tender ladyfingers/okra
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 cups – thick curds/yogurt
• salt to taste
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When they begin to splutter, add the ladyfingers, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry till it turns brown.
- Remove from heat and cool for some time.
- Mix in the curds just before serving with rice or rotis.
