Ingredients:

• 2 cups – fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 cup – dry fruits
• colorful candies
• 2 pieces – mangoes
• vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut into long pieces.
  2. Place in a serving dish and put it in the fridge and remove when cool.
  3. Mix sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence in the cream and mix well till soft and keep it in the fridge to cool.
  4. Place the cream mixture over the cool mangoes and sprinkle the top with colourful candies and dry fruits.
