Ingredients:
• 2 cups – fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 cup – dry fruits
• colorful candies
• 2 pieces – mangoes
• vanilla essence
Method:
- Peel the mangoes and cut into long pieces.
- Place in a serving dish and put it in the fridge and remove when cool.
- Mix sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence in the cream and mix well till soft and keep it in the fridge to cool.
- Place the cream mixture over the cool mangoes and sprinkle the top with colourful candies and dry fruits.
