
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – macaroni
• 1.5 cups – Milk
• 1 tsp – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Italian seasoning
• 1 – onion, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• salt
Method:
- Boil 2 cups of water, add the macaroni and cook for 5 mins in medium flame. Strain the water and keep aside.
- Add Italian seasoning and maida to milk.
- Add pepper and salt and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and onions.
- Saute till onions turn slightly brown.
- Then add the milk-pepper mixture.
- Once it starts to boil, add cooked macaroni and mix well till all this is combined and looks creamy.
- The milk tends to get absorbed soon, so serve it immediately after cooking.
