
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Rawa
• 1 cup – sour Butter milk
• 5 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Hing – a pinch
• 1 tsp – jeera/cumin seeds
• 1 – (optional) Onion
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients along with the required water and keep it aside for about 30 mins.
- Finely chop the onions and keep it aside.
- Heat the tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread evenly in the tawa and sprinkle some chopped onions.
- Pour 1 tsp of oil and once one side of the dosa is cooked, turn it on the other side and cook it till the dosa is crisp.
