Ingredients:
• 8 – Green mangoes
• 4 cups – Water
• 1 tsp – Dry roasted & Ground Cumin seeds
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Chopped Mint leaves
• 12 nos – Crushed Ice- Cubes
Method:
- Boil mangoes in water.
- Drain the water and peel the mango skin.
- Stone and pulp the mango.
- Add water, sugar, salt, chili, mint and cumin to the pulp.
- Whisk thoroughly until blended properly.
- Serve chilled with crushed ice.
