Ingredients:

• 8 – Green mangoes
• 4 cups – Water
• 1 tsp – Dry roasted & Ground Cumin seeds
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Chopped Mint leaves
• 12 nos – Crushed Ice- Cubes

Method:

  1. Boil mangoes in water.
  2. Drain the water and peel the mango skin.
  3. Stone and pulp the mango.
  4. Add water, sugar, salt, chili, mint and cumin to the pulp.
  5. Whisk thoroughly until blended properly.
  6. Serve chilled with crushed ice.
