Ingredients:

• Dry Fenugreek leaves – 1 bunch
• Milk – 1 cup
• Peas – 1 cup, boiled
• Cashews – 4-5
• Cloves – 3
• Cinnamon – 2
• Green chillies – 2
• Salt and Sugar – to taste
• Malai/Butter – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a kadai or skillet, on medium flame add chopped fenugreek and peas.
  2. Steam it for a few mins, add milk and steam for few mins.
  3. Add grind cashews, cloves, cinnamon and chillies. And then add salt and sugar to taste.
  4. Cook it for a few mins and then add the malai/butter.
