
Ingredients:
• 2 cups basmati Rice
• 100g beans, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 100g cabbage, finely chopped
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp soya sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
Method:
- Cook the rice and keep aside.
- First fry the onion in the oil. Once the onion is light brown in colour, add the other vegetables.
- Add soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt and stir well.
- Now mix the cooked rice with the vegetables and serve hot.
