Ingredients:

• 2 cups basmati Rice
• 100g beans, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 100g cabbage, finely chopped
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp soya sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp Vinegar

Method:

  1. Cook the rice and keep aside.
  2. First fry the onion in the oil. Once the onion is light brown in colour, add the other vegetables.
  3. Add soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt and stir well.
  4. Now mix the cooked rice with the vegetables and serve hot.
