
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Beef mince (preferably lean meat)
• 6 – large, regular Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 3 – medium-sized Potatoes
• 6 – large spicy Green chillies (or to taste)
• 4 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste (or to taste)
Method:
- Saute the onions till nice and brown.
- Add the garlic and tomatoes.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the sausages and fry well.
- Add the mince and salt to taste, and cook.
- Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
