Ingredients:
• 350 g – minced Meat
• 100 g – Green peas (shelled)
• 100 g – Sambar Onions
• 1/2 inch length – Ginger
• 3 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure pan and saute minced meat, chopped onions and finely chopped ginger with turmeric powder until raw smell goes away.
- Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, green peas and salt to taste. Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 mins until the mutton is done.
- Reheat the dish to let all the water evaporate.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with idli, dosa or chapatti.
