Ingredients:

• 350 g – minced Meat
• 100 g – Green peas (shelled)
• 100 g – Sambar Onions
• 1/2 inch length – Ginger
• 3 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pressure pan and saute minced meat, chopped onions and finely chopped ginger with turmeric powder until raw smell goes away.
  2. Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, green peas and salt to taste. Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 mins until the mutton is done.
  3. Reheat the dish to let all the water evaporate.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve with idli, dosa or chapatti.
