Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 1 tbsp – American sweet Corn
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
- Add the other ingredients except paneer.
- Add a little water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add the paneer cubes and cook for another 2 mins.
- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
