Ingredients:

• 1/2 litre – yogurt
• 1 – medium boiled potato, chopped
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• Chopped Mint for topping
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1 cup – boondi
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients one by one and serve immediately with mint topping.
