Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Broccoli florets
• 6 nos – baby Corn
• 1/2 cup – Corn
• 1/2 cup – Bean sprouts
• 1 cup – zucchini, cubed
• 2 nos – spring onions, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 capsicum, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp – oyster/hoi sin sauce
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok, to a very high temperature.
- Add all the vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
- Add the garlic, oyster sauce and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
