Ingredients:

• 250 g – mixture of wheat, rice, corn, besan, jowar and Bajra flours
• 2 tbsps – crushed black pepper
• 6 tbsps – Ghee
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the flours with ghee, salt and black pepper.
  2. Knead the flour with warm water.
  3. Make small balls an then roll them out into small puris.
  4. Prick them with a fork.
  5. Deep fry it and enjoy with tea.
